Ties Online is a registered brand and the trading name of Sax Design Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 2787630, VAT registration GB 627 857 107. Our trading address is Unit C2–C3, Crispin Industrial Centre, Angel Road Works, Advent Way, Edmonton, London N18 3AH; our registered address is 869 High Road, London N12 8QA. All references to “we” and “us” mean that company.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract begins when we email your dispatch confirmation — not when payment is taken. If a piece has sold out between your order and our packing, we will refund in full and tell you the same day.

Prices shown include UK VAT where applicable. If you view the site in another currency, the figure shown is a conversion for guidance and the charge is taken in pounds sterling at your bank’s rate on the day. All international carriage charges are displayed clearly at the checkout before you enter any payment details.

UK delivery is free on orders of 40 £GB and over, arriving within two to five working days; below that, standard delivery is 3,95 £GB. A one-to-three working day service is 4,95 £GB, a courier next working day service, delivered by 6pm, is 6,95 £GB and a next working day service delivered by 1pm is 10,95 £GB (order by 3:30pm, Monday to Friday). Orders received before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. We ship worldwide; international charges are shown at the checkout before you pay.

If you are dissatisfied with a piece for any reason, we will provide a no-quibble refund of the item value, or exchange it for another of your liking to the same value, within thirty days of purchase. Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, in which case the return is at ours. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within fourteen days of receiving it, and return the goods within fourteen days of telling us. If we have not yet shipped, we issue an immediate refund. If the goods are with you, return them in their original condition to Ties Online, Unit C2–C3, Crispin Industrial Centre, Angel Road Works, Advent Way, Edmonton, London N18 3AH, and we refund every sum you have paid as soon as the items reach us.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be spent across the whole site. They can’t be exchanged for cash. Once any part has been used, a voucher can’t be refunded. An unused voucher can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase under your statutory rights.

No credit or debit card details are ever stored on our servers or in our database. Every transaction is encrypted, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers; card payments taken over the telephone follow the same standard and are never written down.

We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
